Looking for police equipment or law enforcement gear? Are you a Certified ASP expandable tactical baton Instructor? Here is a brand new in package ASP Black Arrow Certified Instructor patch. I had great aspirations of sewing my patches on a shirt when I became an instructor (almost 15 years ago), but it didn't happen. No sense letting it collect dust if someone would like to use it.
