Cobra 2000 GTL AM SSB Base Station CB Radio 2000GTL
Nice Cobra 2000 GTL 40 channel AM and SSB base station with Single Speaker. The king of 11 meter radios. A few imperfections here and there but overall looks real nice.
* Meters and Frequency counter work well.
* RF Power Out is on the Tone Control.
* All other switches are normal.
Channel coverage uses an external 6-band mode switch that plugs into a D-Sub connector pigtail out the back of the radio. Use it or do not use it. Does not have to be plugged in for normal operation. No extra holes drilled at all. Open clarifier. Map supplied.
* Comes with a very nice Tug 9 D104 power Microphone.
* The radio measures 15" wide x 14" deep x 5" tall
* External speaker measures 6" wide x 14" deep x 5" tall
This is not an estate sale and not selling for some untried radio but one that has been recently used and gotten good reports.
There is no implied guaranteed on old electronic equipment and certainly no warranty. The seller is a Browning/Tram/2000 user and has described the old radios to the best of his ability.
