This is important because you do not want a cylinder that you have to turn around and get hydrotest. This tank does not need hydrotested for 5 yrs.!!
These tanks are empty as they are straight from the manufacturer. You can get them filled from a gas and welding shop near you.
If the item is not what it is presented to be we will happily refund any returns and we will not charge a restocking fee. As long as all merchandise is returned in new condition unused and in original factory condition. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval.
