This item is brand new and factory sealed

I will accept returns but for items that are DEFECTIVE only.
Returns are for EXCHANGE FOR NON DEFECTIVE ITEM ONLY
I need to be notified of a defective item within 7 days and returns need to be received back within 14 days of receipt
A pre-paid label will be issued for returns so please do not send until you receive this label.
Items must be returned within 10 days post issuing of the label or they will be assessed a 10% restocking fee
If the item is no longer in stock then a full refund will be issued rather than exchange

Harper trucks, PJDY2223A nylon convertible hand truck. Harper was the first in the market with the new light weight frames composed of glass filled nylon. This material is as strong as steel or aluminum. All parts of the frame snap together without the use of hardware or tools. Stair glides are built into the frame which helps to ease movement up or down stairs and over curbs. Comes standard with a continuous handle and base plate made of steel.
