The 350D-2 vacuum sealer machine includes two seal bars and a larger motor for increased production. Operator adjustable vacuum cycle time, determined by package size, is the only operational setting requirement. Vacuum Seal bar temperature and cool-down cycle operations although controllable, are factory preset. The 350D-2 vacuum sealer has a wide 14.5 inch by 17.7 inch long by 4.2 inch deep vacuum chamber that will accommodate very large thick packages or several smaller packages along each seal bar in each sealing cycle. Two 13.7 inch by .32 inch seal bars provide a wide permanent air-tight seal strip. Easy operation. Simply lay the pouch edge on the seal bar and close the lid to start the vacuum cycle. All of our vacuum sealers include a marking kit, which can be used to embed number and text message identification into the seal of each package. Marking Data can be date, locations, operator or other important facility identification information. These machines are heavy-duty models designed for countless sealing operations. Other than periodic replacement of pump oil (included with the unit) no other user maintenance is required.

Vacuum Sealing machines are warranted for a period of one-year parts replacement and three months labor excluding wearables. Wearable items include, rubber seals, seal bar fabric and seal strips. A complete replacement kit of wearables is included. Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and includes parts and labor. The FDA rates a commercial vacuum at 21 inches of mercury. At 21 inches, the residual oxygen is greatly reduced; therefore, oxidation, dehydration, and the growth of air borne microorganisms such as aerobic bacteria, mold, and yeast ceases to be a factor in the deterioration of food.
