Here is the System Description:
* Summit 12751, with femto guard
* TP3000 temptronic controller, chiller and chuck -65-200
* Probe card holder (optional probe card and cable harness is available)
* Microchamber with DCM series positioners and QTY 10 (box of 10) DCP probes for manual probing
* Qty 4 Triaxial cable (mini triax on one end to connect to positioners)
* Kinetic system viberplane vibration isolation table
* Wide area bridge with A-zoom microscope and two objectives (2x & 10x both Mitutoyo plan APO) and 10x widefield eyepieces
* Microscope can be exchanged to a Mitutoyo FS60 as an option
* Optional vaccum pump and air compressor are available if the lab facility does not offer these services
Here is the System Configuration:
* Or Semi-automactic system with joystic or PC control with PCS or Nuclues software from Cascade
* System will be locked down and crated in three separate crates
* Crates will contain prober, chiller and viberation table
* We offer on-site installation for this sytem.
* Cost of installation will be added to the final invoice
* Warrenty coverage applies only if install the system

* Returns are accepted only if the system does not work after we install the system.
