The Ultra Scale Master Pro is an affordable and portable area take off tool and digitizer system. Unlike expensive digitizers, the Ultra Scale Master Pro take off tool allows you to measure plans at your office or on the job site without the need for additional computing devices or software.
The Ultra Scale Master Pro take off tool is best suited for plans involving area (square foot/yard/meter) or polygon shapes like houses, pads, roofs, floors, etc. The Ultra Scale Master Pro digitizer can handle areas of irregular shapes like pools, landscaping beds, etc. The Ultra Scale Master Pro also does linear take offs, for things such as wall segments, piping, and wiring and cubic volume takeoffs for concrete, gravel, excavations, HVAC, etc.
The Ultra Scale Master Pro's ergonomic design with large targeting window allows you to accurately measure and compute area, perimeter, and volume for simple or complex polygons, polylines, irregular shapes, arcs and circles.
72 built-in architectural and engineering scales allow you to measure plans and drawings up to 24" x 36" in size. Four custom scales allow you to measure out of scale drawings.
The Ultra Scale Master Pro digitizer can operate as a stand alone digital area take off tool, or you can connect it to your PC to transfer measurements into estimating and spreadsheet programs. It also can send digitized (x,y) coordinates to takeoff software programs like the Calculated Industries Smart Takeoff! program.
The Model 6260 Ultra Scale Master Pro is a complete digital area takeoff tool which can be used alone or can interface with takeoff and estimating software. The Model 6270 includes the Smart Takeoff! software.
The Ultra Scale Master Pro can measure simple and complex polygons, irregular areas like swimming pools, as well as linear takeoffs all without the need for a PC. As such, it s the first affordable, easy to use, and portable digitizer system.
