This is a unit of used HOBART HR7E ELECTRIC DOUBLE STACK ROTISSERIE OVEN. (STOCK # 10004).
by our inhouse technicians and found to be in working condition.
The double pane panorama glass doors provide a great view of the products inside the oven, and boosts your sales.
The unit works with 220V 1/3 phase, which means it can be wired as Single phase or 3 phase.
This Hobart Rotisserie oven is in good condition, mechanically and cosmetically. The interior is very clean, free of
excessive oil and food remains, and the exterior is free of any major dents. The double pane glass doors are in very good
condition as well. There are no cracks or chips on the glass doors, and they open and close very easily.
The unit is on casters and it is very easy to move it if you ever needed to do so, to clean around the oven.
The control buttons are all in place, and they all work fine. These units, as to my knowledge, can hold up to 35 birds
in one section, so you can cook up to 70 at a time using both decks. Hobart Rotisserie ovens are also known to cook
faster, and use less energy than any other comparable brand.
On a new unit, same model, the price around $8,000 for single unit, and over 15,000 for a double stack.
This unit is tested and it is in good working condition, and we do have more than one available.
