Yes, the computer is used and has a sixty day warranty. They may have a few minor blemishes but would be considered in excellent condition. All the other equipment is new with a 3 year manufacturers' warranty.
In order to reduce tech calls and your frustration, we install all the software for the touch monitors and printers to reduce the time for you to install the system. We also install your menu.t make the installation To make the installation even easier we further refine your computer based a a 30 question questionnaire that you answer.
Then once you have installed your system we can train you right through the internet with a special program that allows both of us to control your computer. We can also make any last minute changes to the system once you have had time to "play" with it..
If there is one area of frustration for most first-time installers of a restaurant POS system, it is in menu preparation. If you have never created a menu for a POS system, the initial time just to learn about how to do it can be long and frustrating. Forget the "Just Add your Menu and You are Up and Running" claims. No system has a "magic formula" for making this task easier.

We have just added another feature called "STAFF TRAINING". Once you have installed this package with our software and your menu provided by us, we will contact you by phone and will provide up to an hours training as we and you view our computer screens together. This will provide a very good basic understanding on how to use the system.
This method of training does not require an internet connection. If you purchase this system this one hour training feature is FREE.
If your computer is internet connected we have even a more efficient method of training.
Don't get the wrong idea. You don't need this feature to learn to use our system. It just can save you time and time is money.
