We bought this for a convention show of our bar cabinet business. This item was taken new from the box and used as more of a decoration on one of our fine cabinet/countertops. It is such a beautiful machine. Unfortunately, a new sales girl we hired for the convention thought it was there to be used and she brewed herself a cup in the morning of the convention. When I arrived I told her that it was actually just to be a display and since I had used it the supplier could not take it back. I still have the box and the paperwork manual.
