This listing is for a 16 x 20 Log Cabin Home kit, with floor and roof kit, 1 porch kits, and half loft kit also. A 20 x 20 option and 24 x 24 option is mentioned in the ad below. This is a recreational type home, great for hunter's or weekend campers. Wood door, roofing material, 3 windows and loft latter are also included. The logs are 6" x 6", and material for a blended hardwood floor is included, There is a 4' porch alongside this cabin, this cabin has actual 12' x 20' interior cabin space. for you, if a drawing is given to us to cut these to your specs, and a fee may apply for modifications to this kit.

This is a great kit for rental units, and there is a 10% discount for orders of 2 or more cabins at the same time. There is also several bigger models available for a nice home or lodge, a 16 x 20' kit that is great for the rental cabin owner, please call us for details.
A purchase order will be put in place with agreed upon time for completion of the kit, you will also get a material list so you know what you will receive.. All kits are pick up pricing, delivery is available at approx. $1.75 per mile to any destination. Deposit of 35% due at completion of purchase order. This is a non refundable deposit. Balance due upon completion of the kit, prior to pick up or delivery via wire transfer only.

Smaller logs are available, for example, specify a a 4" x 6" pattern, deduct $400
What you still need: assembly spikes, screws, nails and roof tar paper, perma chinking and misc. hardware.
Materials List: approximately 75 logs go with this sale, the roofing materials and flooring materials such as: 4 - 4 x 8 x 16 runners for the frame, 9 - 4 x 6 x 16' boards for the joists, and a sub floor of 7/8" s4s lumber for the flooring in mixed widths. (for a 16 x 16 home)
There is no insullation between the logs, but is a chinking board/spacer in this kit which is what they recommend.
Metal for the roof is included, and it will be ample.
If you want to give us exact specs for doors and window location, they logs can be cut to fit these correctly, there is an added cost and for the cost you are likely able to do this on your own.
Windows, storm type and metal door for cabin is provided is this kit, these are basic doors and windows.
We are changing the advertisement a bit to add two more options on size. a 20 x 20 is $14,900 and a 24 x 24 is $17,400 with all the same kit options.
