This machine is designed for commercial applications such as hotels, cleaning services, restaurants, office buildings, apartment complexes, and many other commercial applications. The C1431 has a 4 position height adjustment, allowing to easily clean all types of carpets, from Berber, to thick plush carpets, even oriental rugs. The Guardsman C1431 comes with a steel agitator for durability, and has 2 replaceable brush strips, so when the brushes wear down, instead of replacing the entire brush roller, you simply slide the brush strips out, and replace only the brush.
