Cabinet Door Wizard ver.3, will calculate all of the parts required to construct frame style cabinet doors. All you have to do is input the height, width and click a door style. Simple and quick. If you re a Pro or new to woodworking, Cabinet Door Wizard will greatly improve the accuracy and speed to which you construct doors.
This new release, Version 3, is a complete rebuild of the software. It is database driven, which gives it a very enhanced upgrade capability, as well as giving the user a more robust application to use. It is not compatable with any earlier versions and is now only available in the Professional version. Some of the key features are: a more detailed, easier to read Cutsheet, Material Summery and Invoice. It also has a new feature call the 'Door Legend'. This is a report that you can generate that displays pictures of the door styles currently in use. So, instead of just a Cutsheet, you will also have a picture of the style your building. It's a good reminder for you while your building but even handier if it is NOT you building, but rather another cabinetmaker in the shop.
Another new feature is the 'Wizard Notepad'. It is a built in text editor that you can use for any misc. Job Notes that you need to make. The Wizard starts you off with your business name, the date and the Jobname already at the top of the page. And, with the addition of the new Catalog utility, entering doors has even gotten quicker. Just scroll through the Catalog, that YOU create, to the style that you wish to build. Thats all you need to do to let Cabinet Door Wizard know how to calculate! You now only have to enter door quantity, door name, height and width. Thats it! You can even enter doors using decimals or fractions now. It doesn't matter! Cabinet Door Wizard now offers 20 built in door configurations, including multiple panels; Vertical and Horizontal! There are many more new and improved features...too many to list here.
The program is also designed to handle Multiple Screen Resolutions, so those of you who use the higher pixel screen settings, won't be looking at a tiny little program window. Cabinet Door Wizard will look the same on any resolution you choose!
It comes with a complete Help system, and there is easy Online Access to get help from the website. You can also go to the User Forum for any questions regarding the software or just woodworking in general. Our Help doesn't stop there. There is also a Tutorial on the website to walk you through making a few doors! All of this is easily accessible from the main menu of the program.
