* This is a New component, removed from sled. Great for building a violet laser diode pointer.
* We show diode power as (150 mW) since 150 mW is what others say the PHR-803T will run at long term @ ~110 mA. We suggest less, maybe 50.
* Some thought the above power statement made our diode less appealing, or defective- NO ! From Top rated, New Sled, not damaged sled. Full power diode.
* We are more conservative than other sellers, as we hope the diode lasers years not hours. Others push the diode, and you can too. Just know lifetimes are reduced.
