Hopefully the photos below will tell you what you need to know. As you can see the plastic reel has some damage that doesn't affect the cable itself. A check of the length markings gave me an estimated length of 610 feet.
This cable usually sells for $300 for 600' (here). If you're not picky about getting a partial reel, then here's a chance to stock up on some premium cable for much less than retail price! Weight is 14.5lbs unpacked.
