This is a vintage Panasonic RK-P200C 4 Color Graphics Penwriter. This penwriter turns on and all the keys work. Not able to completely check it out due to no ink in the printer. See below picture for features. Comes with Instructions, AC adapter and 2 sets of pens (RP-K422 & RP-K401). I don't know if the pens are still good. It will also run on batteries.
