The Laser Engraver is not a toy. If used improperly, it can be dangerous or harmful. The software used to run the engraver requires some basic skills with computers. This engraver is tool in which it will take various times to learn depending on the person using it. Some installation and attachement of the components is required. We offer support in basic setup and basic engravings. Keep in mind that our User Manual is an evolving document, meaning that we are constantly improving it. To fully have this unit running, you will need a bucket to hold water, a computer, access to a window or opening for the exhaust duct, and a ground wire that connects to the building's ground. Everything else is included with your purchase. "
