New kmc csc-2007 vav reset controller, 1" wc, da/no

*New in box* KMC Controls CSC-2007 Direct Acting/Normally Open, Replacement Reset Air Volume Controller for VAV or Constant Volume Applications
BEST type of Pneumatic Air Volume Flow Controller to have, for Replacement on any Brand of Variable Air Volume 'or' Constant Air Volume Boxes & their Control Applications.
- The KMC CSC-2000 Series Reset Volume Controllers are designed for use on VAV terminal units in HVAC systems.
- The CSC-2000s are sub-master air velocity controllers with adjustable minimum and maximum velocity limits. A master controller, typically a room thermostat, resets the CSC velocity setpoint.
- Direct Acting models are for normally open VAV terminal units. Reverse acting are for normal closed VAV terminal units.
- Each unit is equipped with separate adjustment knobs for minimum and maximum airflow settings. CSC-2001/2002s are equipped with 0 10 reference dials, while all others have blind adjustments. Calibrate all models using standard airflow measuring equipment.
Separate adjustments for minimum and maximum airflow settings.
CSC 2001/2003/2007/2009/2017 are designed for normally open dampers with direct-acting thermostats for cooling and reverse-acting thermostats for heating.
CSC 2002/2004/2008/2010/2018 are designed for normally closed dampers with reverse-acting thermostats for cooling and direct-acting thermostats for heating.
CSC 2001 and 2002 are equipped with 0 to 10 molded plastic reference dials; others have blind adjustments.
Anyone who can Read & follow Directions can Replace a Bad Pneumatic VAV Flow Controller with this type of KMC Retrofit Controller. With nothing more then the Box Manufacturer's DP Flow Chart label that is on the VAV Box, a Mechanical Manometer with a 0.0" to 1.0"W.C. Range 'or' a $100 Digital Manometer, & the Directions Supplied with this Controller, you will not believe how Unbelievably EASY it is to achieve a Correctly balanced Box in no more than an Hour.
Think of the Cost $$$ you will save by doing the Air Balancing yourself, instead of trusting in some other Service guy, who is Charging over $100 an Hour for a 2 hour Minimum. The Air Balancers of today, do not want this easy repair secret out. These days the Balancer only Balances using a Flow hood, which they are allowed a +/- 10% fudge factor. However, when you use a Manometer at the VAV Controller's High & Low Tubes, you will achieve a much higher accuracy level without the need for an expensive Flow Hood if you do not have one. Diffusers can then be set by feel after the VAV is Calibrated.
You will NOT find a Lower Total Price for this item anywhere!
