CME GL-1000/IIS Gram Load Tester w/ Controller. This unit is for testing Hard Drive Gimbal assymblies. Accurate and repeatable measurement of the gram load force is necessary to insure the proper interpretation of Flying Height, CSS testing, and components/stack level Electrical testing.
CME's GL-1000/IIHP "Force Motor" Gram Load Tester provides accuracy to +/- 1 mg in both suspension and stack level testing. It's portable, compact, lightweight and capable of testing all suspension types. The GL-1000/IIHP has an active RS-232 port for data accumulation.
