This is an excellent used condition facing mill. These list for about $1500, and sell new for around $800 to $1000. This is a quality, american made cutting tool designed to give years of hard working service.
* Part Number - SS3-250-4R24-50CT
* 24 inserts, I believe of type SPMW 432. Hold-down screws for the inserts will also be needed.

The left-hand helix lets the strongest part of the tool enter the cut first. Improved rigidity helps eliminate chatter and increase tool durability. The positive rake geometry provides freer cutting action, allowing higher feed rates.
