The Ultimate Tubing Notcher from JD Squared
The Beast tubing notcher is manufactured by JD2. Well known for the Model 3 & Model 4 Hydraulic Benders. The same durability, and quality engineering, found in their benders, is also found in their notchers. The Beast tubing notcher is the ultimate tool for hole saw notching. The Beast will easily handle notching in any straight or bent tube. Extremely well built, and Heavy Duty, it is designed and built to last for years of notching. American designed, American built.
* 1" ID Double-Sealed Needle Bearings
* Shaft end is three point ground for a 1/2" chuck
* Will accept standard threaded arbor hole saws
* NOW COMES WITH AN ADDITIONAL HOLD DOWN
* Will Angle Notch 0 to 50 Degrees
* Tubing Can Be Clamped In Any Position For Notching
The holes in the face frame allow you to position the tubing clamps anywhere on the face of the fixture. Easily allowing for any degree, or size tube to be notched. Straight tubes are to be located in the V of the fixture. The hole saw arm can be raised and lowered, as well as swiveled.
The tubing in the photo is a 2" diam. .120 wall, that we have bent with a Model 3 Bender, and notched with the Beast.
There are NO hole saws included with this notcher.
