This is an adjustable Lens Mount. There are two adjustment knobs on the top of the Mount. The adjustment knobs control the angle that the optic is positioned into. One knobs seem to turn the angle from side to side and the other knob conrols the up and down. So overall you have control of two-axis that will help you position your optic.
It looks as though this mount can hold optics with Diameters of 15mm. The cap on the front of the mount screws off and on & you place your optic behind it.
We obtained this mount from a local laser optics lab that shut down, it still has tons of life left in it
