All our items are from a smoke free home - but we do have a couple of cats lurking around!
I always obtain a proof of postage, but once an item is posted I'm afraid it's in the hands of the Royal Mail. Sometimes things can get lost or damaged in the postal system, but I will assist in making a claim.
