All items come with a 3 day Test and Inspect period from the date of delivery to make sure the part is not DOA, unless stated otherwise. Exceptions made at our discretion.
Fraud charges will be filed against anyone trying to return a non-REVisionEnt sold part.
There are no returns for software; we will replace bad removable media (Not Drives).
Prior approval is required for any returns. For a DOA item, we will send a replacement, or give a refund, if a replacement is not available.
