Groen Combo CC20-E Double Stack Oven
We hooked the oven up to our 220V 3 Phase power. First we tried the top oven. It powered on immediately and all of the LCD displays lit up. I set it to 450F and for 1 hour for the oven setting. The fan came on and it immediately started heating up. It got quite hot and the thermostat clicked off, I believe it was around 450F, but I don't have a thermometer for that to double check. I wasn't able to check the steamer function. The timer counted down. The inside side panel will need to be put back on, but beside that, it seems to be in good working order.
We then tested the bottom unit. It powered on immediately and the LCD displays both came on properly. We set it to heat, but it gave an error and never heated up. I believe there is a problem with the fan running and because of this it won't start heating. We aren't sure if it is a problem with the fan, relay or the board that controls it. The oven will need some work before being able to be used.
