These were manufactured by Augat / RDI, which has since been acquired by Tyco. We couldn't find a part number on them, but with a good enough magnifying glass you can see the see the voltage rating (300V), the amperage rating (30A), the wire size capacity (10 - 16 AWG / CU only), and the UL Recognized and CSA certification stamps. They are equipped with 3/16" quick connect spade type terminals.
Overall length is 1.820," height is .680" (excluding the terminals), and the depth is .800." Very nice terminals at a fraction of the normal retail price.
