Schurman USNR Model # 4TA36 top arbor, spline shaft, single shifting saw, board edger system with: sharp-chain linear positioned infeed, and belt conveyor outfeed. System new in 1999.
* Edger 4" X 36" capacity (was set up for 2" lumber), uses 19" saws (not included).
* MTS Tempasonic cylinder positioned shifting saw (see picture).
* Schurman/ USNR Infeed Ser. #3208A: 19 feet long, sharp-chain type, tempasonic positioned (3 MTS hydraulic shifting cylinders), lumber infeed transfer conveyor
* Schurman/ USNR outfeed belt conveyor: 30" wide by 20 feet long with pneumatic cylinder actuated tipple guides at end.
* Schurman/ USNR lumber unscrambler w/ hydraulic drive.
* Schurman Watermizer saw glide lube system
* This system is designed for automated operation (optimized) for high production, Precision lumber edging.
* Only components specifically listed are included, but other components of this system may be available separately, please call for additional details and pictures.
* This system was new in 1999 and cost in excess of $1,000,000.00. It has recieved regular maintenance and appears to be in good condition.
