Helps maintain recommended standoff distance to maximize cutting performance and improve tip life.
This guide may be used with other brands of plasma torches as well. The base opening in the center of the base measures: 1-1/4" diameter. There are also 2 other shims provided as well, one measures 1-1/6" and the other measures 1".
Shims are made of a plastic type material and may be shimmed smaller or machined larger (remember, the size of the base is 1-1/4" and some material must be left so the shim doesn't fall apart. Don't machine the shim too thin!)

Miller Electric lists this guide as being designed for the following "ICE" torches: 12C, 25C & 27C (use smallest spacer), 40C, 50C & 55C (use larger spacer), and 80C (uses no spacer). Includes: 1 - Roller Guide base (1-1/4"), 2 - wheel/roller assemblies, 2 - silver thumb screws, 2 - black thumbscrews, 1 - shim (1-1/6"), 1 - shim (1")
