For sale here is a gently used TeeJet 844 Spraying Systems Co. advanced spray controller.This is the top of the line 5 boom automatic control unit tht has a communication port for PC and GPS interfacing or you can use it as a stand alone unit..You get everything included in the pictures which is the in-cab control unit, the installation programming and operating unit manual, the in-cab quick guide, wheel sensor speed and distance ring with induction pickup sensor, and a complete wire harness that is 24 feet long to reach the rear of the biggest sprayers.(this optional extra long wire harness alone was over 400.00) The harness still has all of the labeled connections on the ends for easy hookup. Some of the features of this unit are as follows:
Easy access prgramming mode, Auto or manual control, Master shutoff switch, Color Coded Tip Selection Bar that allows for easy user programming by matching the color of Teejet spray tips for application rates, 5 individual boom controls, A Boost Mode which temporarily increased or decreases application rates for varying conditions, A large backlit display for all vital functions at a glance including automatically switching between target and actual rates and pressure, speed, area covered, and volume applied. It also has an automatic calibration mode for radar use and a built in alarm whenever there is a 10% discrepency between application and target rates, and a no flow alarm.
