I have another just like it and got the information off it. By testing it out, we found it to be the same as a HP X424A and same frequency range.
The HP Agilent X424A is a used WR90 Crystal Detector. The frequency range is 8.2 to 12.4. This is all the information about this detector. The waveguide measurements are 1 5/8 x 1 5/8.
