This voltmeter has a knob for setting the gage's range from 100mV to 1kV, 1 A to 1A, and 100 to 10 M . Along the bottom are mode buttons and on the side are three connectors labelled V- , A and 0. The unit takes two 9V batteries. The latch on the battery compartment is broken but this can be fixed with a bit of tape. The carrying handle is also broken.
When batteries were inserted the unit responded correctly to battery test mode. No leads were available for further testing.
