This unit is identical in appearance and operation to a German, Neal Skokie style D chaser. Although quality made, the name on this body is difficult to make out. (Looks like "Fluer")
It could use a second torque/resert stud. It is totally functional. This offering includes 2 sets of dies: for -20 UNC and 5/16-18 UNC threads. Drive shank is straight 5/8 dia. Included also is a 5/8 ETM tool holder with a #3 Morse taper.
In General, the Style D Thread Chaser Capacity Ranges for the 9/16 dies are as follows: #5 to 9/16 , M3 to M 13, and 1/16 NPT to NPT.
