You may then request a return for a replacement or full refund of the price paid at the time of purchase.
All returns are to be found in the same condition as when first dispatched and returned to us within its original packaging no later than 14 days of receipt.
However, in the case of an item which has been reported as being received faulty, the item must be returned to us for inspection, only then will any returns postage be refunded.
Goods returned damaged, incomplete or unfit for re-sale will be re-valued and the cost of the defect will be deducted accordingly.
Thereafter, all sales are final.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
