Our Flat Rate Repair price covers the functionality and cosmetics (example-worn out keypad, bad triggers, scratched lens) of the unit. Turn around time for a repair is 1-3 business days with an option to expedite the repair process.
Our repair procedure includes the following:
Clean and remove all debris from outside and inside of terminal.
Clean all circuit boards with ESD safe chemicals.
Run complete diagnostic testing on all handheld computer devices and scanners.
Visually inspect and test all components and replace defective components with factory parts as required.
Check and repair all damaged or loose cables and connectors.
Inspect, adjust, clean and tighten display connections.
Check liquid crystal display for proper operation and alignment.
Check voltage on primary and memory backup batteries. Replacement of depleted lithium backup batteries with new ones.
Perform and run diagnostic testing on all functions of Radio Frequency and batch equipment.
Configure and recalibrate equipment to factory default specifications.
