This is a NEW Nor-Cal particulate foreline trap with KF-50 flanges.
This is a foreline trap, intended to help prevent particulates from entering (and then damaging, through contamination of the oil) a mechanical vacuum pump.
As received by us, this trap was wrapped in plastic, with protective caps on both flanges as shown in the first picture. The plastic was removed to allow closer inspection. As seen in the pictures, the flanges and internal surfaces are immaculate; this component is new.
We may have available additional traps of this style; please contact us if you might be interested in purchasing more than one so that we may check availability.
We may also have available KF-50 to KF-40 reducers (potentially useful for adapting such a trap to a smaller pump inlet) as well as centering rings and clamps.

* trap body and flanges are of type 304 stainless steel construction
* Polyester felt filter traps particles over 10 microns in size at 98% efficiency.
* Suitable for process temperatures from ambient to 149 C.
* Filter can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.
