These compact ovens give you versatility in creating additional profit centers for your foodservice operation. The Pizza Oven lets you easily prepare pizza, heros, subs, pretzels, and other baked items.
* 3.25 inch clearance between decks
* Two independently controlled baking chambers
* Four Corderite ceramic baking decks with 3 1/4" clearance giving the operator the ability to cook pizza, pretzels and bread products directly on the hearth.
* Equipped with heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements at the top of the oven and beneath each baking deck.
* Interior constructed of 18 gauge high heat aluminized steel
* Two 15 minute electric alert timers (timer does not shut off the oven).
* Line Cord - Standard with a 6" line cord.
