The Fluke Ti45FT Thermal Imager is a great camera for building diagnostic applications and electrical and mechanical infrared inspections. It includes the innovative IR-Fusion Technology to assist you to better pinpoint building or maintenance problems. IR-Fusion captures both a visual (or visible light) image and an infrared image and fuses them together - doesn't just overlay the image. It aligns the two on the camera for a more accurate view at any distance.
