DOUBLE SIDED - ONE COLOR - CUSTOM MADE
Design must be the same on both sides.

Sign is made with quality 6 year computer cut vinyl lettering and placed on WHITE corrugated plastic board . Arial Black font is used (as in picture).
COLORS AVAILABLE: Red or Black only (if no color is chosen sign will be made in RED).

Instructions on How To Customize Your Sign (please follow carefully!):
(Line 1) Will come shown as in picture (CANNOT BE CHANGED)
(Line 2) Will come shown as in picture (CANNOT BE CHANGED)
(Line 3 & 4) (Choose a small description (Example: 15,000 Square Feet, Long or Short Term Lease...etc..)
Description must be able to fit in 2 LINES (see picture above for example).
(Line 5) Your Phone Number (can be put with or without area code)
(Line 6) "CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION" - OR you can put your own wording but must fit in space provided.
Color of vinyl letters on sign (RED or BLACK), if no color is chosen sign will be made in RED.
Monday - Friday: 9am - 4:pm - CLOSED WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
Purchases after 2pm will be considered the next business day.
Any purchases or questions after 4PM on Friday will be processed on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
US postage is calculated on weight plus the cost of packing materials.
