1929 9" south bend lathe jr leadscrew / banjo mount
leadscrew / banjo mounting bracket, casting # 9-10-4, banjo mount is 1.750 dia and it has tool marks from pliers on it, id is .754 dia
This lathe had no id, the serial no. stamped on the bed is not ledgeable, I found a match and I believe it is from a 1929, 9" south bend lathe jr.
If you google- south bend lathe handbook no 44 - you will find a picture of the lathe on page 20. (please look to make sure that your lathe is the same)
I was going to re-build this lathe, but there were too many parts that were missing or not original. Hopefully some else can use the parts.
