This crucible was used in my (late) brother-in-law's metallurgical lab. He was a metallurgical engineer. His notes for this item read, "Moly crucibles for oxide compatibility tests"
There are three identical units, I will sell each individually.
I am selling selected items from his lab on behalf of his widow, my sister. I will answer all questions about this item to the best of my (layman's) ability.
